SDG worked with LW Development to restore a three-story building located in the Ardmore Historic District.The project funding makes use of both Low Income and Historic Preservation Tax Credits. The street level of the building houses three leasable spades for retail, office, or restaurant use. SDG Architects office occupies two of those spaces. We worked with Preservation & Design Studio out of Oklahoma City to ensure that the project met all of the historic requirements.
The restored building creates a lasting landmark as part of the Main Street and Caddo Street revitalization headed by the Ardmore Main Street Authority and the City of Ardmore.
