We have more than eight years of professional experience planning and designing LIHTC communities throughout Oklahoma. We have designed 11 LIHTC developments and are well versed in the complex application and regulatory requirements. We are also familiar with the investment side of tax credit projects, which is why we offer pricing options that allow developers to delay payment until after allocation.
Ten of our last 11 projects were completed on time and were either on- or under-budget. We strive to design affordable housing communities that are not only cost-effective but also beautiful, quality homes that retain their value over the long-term while still working within the developer’s budget.
All of our affordable rental properties and LIHTC project drawings are stamped, signed, and comply with all local code and permitting requirements.
