Columbia Crossing Townhomes
SDG is working with LW Development to restore a three-story brick building located in the Ardmore Historic District. The project funding makes use of both Low Income Housing and Historic Preservation Tax Credits. The second and third stories of the building will house 22 studio and one-bedroom apartments, as well as a rooftop terrace, fitness center, and community space. A safe room will also be located on site for residents of the building. The street level of the building will be restored to become three leasable spaces for retail, office, or restaurant use. SDG is working with Preservation & Design Studio out of Oklahoma City to ensure that the project meets all of the historic requirements. When complete, the restored building will create a lasting landmark as part of the Main Street and Caddo Street revitalization headed by the Ardmore Main Street Authority and the City of Ardmore.
