Columbia Crossing Lofts
SDG worked with LW Development to restore a three-story building located in the Ardmore Historic District.The project funding makes use of both Low Income and Historic Preservation Tax Credits. The second and third stories of the building house 22 studio and one-bedroom apartments, as well as rooftop terrace, fitness center, and community space. A safe room is also located on site for residents of the building.
The restored building creates a lasting landmark as part of the Main Street and Caddo Street revitalization headed by the Ardmore Main Street Authority and the City of Ardmore.
