Oklahoma Property Management Offices

OPM, LLC is a property management, construction, design, and real estate development company with a multi-building campus in Ardmore, Oklahoma. The existing OPM campus did not have enough space for the growing property management department, which also needed to be more accessible to the clients and tenants they serve. Providing a secure working environment was also an important feature, as employee safety can be compromised in this industry. The 3,600 SF office expansion was conceived as a way to meet those needs as well as to showcase the design and construction work of the company.

Open ceilings and clerestory windows in the lobby bring in natural light, and durable materials like polished concrete floors and quartz countertops allow for a large amount of foot traffic the office sees. Thoughtfully-placed landscaping and wood slat walls at exterior windows provide an extra layer of security while also improving daylighting and occupant views. Energy efficient building systems and the use of natural light highlight the company's commitment to sustainable design and construction.
